Tim is the proud leader of the top-producing team, Green Group, along with his wife Hayley. With a lengthy history in the construction sector and having owned a successful drywalling company, he has naturally developed a niche for working with inner-city builders and his specialty lies with selling new builds, while also delighting in helping clients sell and purchase their personal homes. Known amongst Calgary's builders as THE agent to sell new projects, whether it is a multi-unit building, a single family home or a duplex, Tim is always ready to step up and accomplish whatever is needed. A problem-solver, a strong desire to help people, a high standard for correctness and a hunger to try new things are the four things that make Tim a powerhouse of an Agent. As one of the leaders of Green Group, Tim mentors and empowers other Agents towards their road to success and is happy to share the knowledge he has gained over the years. When Tim isn't immersed in real estate, he is spending quality time with his wife and daughter, perfecting his golfing skills, racing Rotax carts and cooking up a storm.
